Justice League 2 may or may not use Darkseid as the villain. It was absolutely textureless, but the Thermo-charged Batarangs were available for use as well as an electrical shockwave. They have the time of their lives celebrating with wonderful spirit, exotic dishes and alcohol as well as other beverages. We have three days between close of the last vote and a new set of new ones, so it isn’t like there isn’t time. The film will end with Batman overlooking Gotham and seeing one of the B-List villains (has yet to be decided) committing a crime. There’s a funny scene after the League is assembled where Joker and Harley are committing a crime and they expect Batman to show up… Other villains being considered are the Injustice League, the Crime Syndicate and The Society. There’s a really cool scene where Black Mask lines all the villains up and asks who will join him to get revenge (this scene will focus a lot on Deadshot’s reactions, making it clear he wants only freedom). Green Lantern shows up at the very very end of the film (may even be moved to mid/post-credit scene). There’s a cool fight scene planned where Aquaman and Aqualad fight Black Manta’s army before Aquaman goes off to fight Black Manta at the end. Billy is also a huge Justice League fan and he meets them at the end of the film as Shazam. Justice League 2 will be pushed back to the end of 2019 to make room for Justice League Dark (which will have a different title to not confuse moviegoers).
Winners, sometimes, end up becoming celebrities of sorts, and are quick to be spotted or noticed in conventions on a global scale; thanks to the influence of the internet and especially YouTube. Whether they are into the Power Rangers, or like comic super heroes like Superman, Spiderman and Batman, they make great costumes like that. He tries to manipulate the public into hating heroes like Batman and Superman but it doesn’t work. Kind of like a “Well… They couldn’t have world-shaking events outside of, say, the Avengers films – at least, not without making some kind of excuse why Captain America or Thor couldn’t just come charging in.
Plus, for all his niftiness as a person, batman and robin costume he’s not Batman enough to have the usual exemption from logic. Many of the villains get away in the end, with Batman promising to hunt them all down. They really want multiple villains for the sequel for some reason. Busting up a Chi Blocker with quick fire bending punches, switching to heavy earth strikes for a huge tank, doing crowd control with air bursts and then firing off water missiles for distant foes takes practice but becomes a seamless process. In defense of that rogue tier as it currently stands, if we know that rogues with Prep are sacrificing a high-uptime movement ability, then we have the flexibility to balance (i.e. buff) the class as a whole around that restriction. In the case of the Rogue – you’re getting an ability you otherwise couldn’t have obtained previously.
With the announcement that we’d be getting more Fables in the near future, then, please understand why I’d be a little apprehensive, and even skeptical. That Platinum Games captures even a little of that feeling in its video game adaptation of The Legend of Korra is impressive, but physical fantasy is only one piece of the show’s winning formula. Platinum Games may not have made a Legend of Korra game that plumbs the same well of soul that the source material does, but they’ve made something elementally entertaining all the same. Normally, after E3, some clear “best games” emerge — either the ones that everyone knew would be amazing going in, and did not disappoint on the floor, or the Scribblenauts-style surprises that dominated conversations online and in the press room. The pragmatic reason for their absence is clear. The combo point generation system that is core to the rogue class already causes them to prefer staying on a single target, with abilities like Redirect serving to create occasional exceptions to that general rule. If anybody looked at the Alliance armor, they’d be hard-pressed to say what class it actually represents.
